Does WeatherBeeta ship to PO Boxes?

WeatherBeeta are more than happy to ship to both Residential Addresses and PO Boxes, via our couriers Australia Post. However, there are certain items that are unable to be sent through Australia Post, in which case Star Track collect and deliver these items. As per Star Track’s terms and conditions, they will not deliver to PO Boxes, therefore you may be contacted by a member of our Customer Care Team (via email) and required to provide a Residential Address for delivery.

In some cases where multiple items have been ordered together, you may receive a split delivery. This means that any items that fall into the categories above will be sent through Star Track and anything remaining will be dispatched through Australia Post. Therefore, items of the same order, can be delivered separately and at different times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

* Please note, once you receive the email from our Customer Care Team, failure to provide a Residential Address within 3 business days may result in the item being classified as ‘undeliverable’ and therefore cancelled/refunded. Any remaining items in your order will still be dispatched and begin their journey to you.
